Greetings,
It is with tremendous pride that I welcome you to the American Creativity Academy. For more than 20 years, we have operated as a premier American school with the important incorporation of Islamic values in Kuwait. We deliver a standards-based American curriculum with a specific focus on preparing students for university success. I have been with ACA since 2008 in various roles – I began as a math and physics teacher, served as a curriculum and IB coordinator, and since 2014, have served as the Assistant Superintendent. I am also a proud parent of two ACA students. I can confidently say that in each role that I have worked, students have always been the focus and priority at ACA. Additionally, we work hard to establish a culture and community that fosters important relationships between teachers, parents, staff, and students.
ACA operates from a strong academic foundation and employs leaders from all over the world to enhance the international perspective and academic preparation of our school. As a result, we moved through virtual learning during the pandemic with strong academics and critical technology integration to better the success of all ACA students. As an organization, we believe that technology fosters, enhances, and transforms instructional practice and the learning process. Therefore, this school year and beyond, we are committed to delivering a strong learning environment for all students using the SAMR model of technology integration. Most importantly, ACA strives to develop students as global citizens using the PBIS framework through the ACA values of: Be a Learner, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe.
Currently, we host a student body of approximately 5,500 students and growing! We are excited about the year ahead and look forward to developing new futures for our students – both here and abroad.
Welcome to ACA!
